Metallica to play o2 World in Berlin as secret show?
As a big fan of Metallica I was positively surprised that Metallica are going to play a secret show on the day of the release (September 12th) of the tenth Metallica studio album Death Magnetic in Berlin, Germany.
Like every fan in Germany I wanted to know where the guys are playing and started a little research through the web. I found an article from the Berlin newspaper B.Z. which is dated back in May when nobody knew about the exact release date of Metallicas Death Magnetic album.
In this article the B.Z. claims that Metallica are going to play the opening show of the brand new venue o2 World in Berlin on September 12th.
The venue is huge. Approx. 17.000 people will be able to see the concert in the o2 World so their might be some rumors going on that tickets for this show will not only be available for MetClub members and Mission: Metallica members.
I expect a lot of competitions from radio stations to win free tickets and I also expect some tickets to be available in regular ticket shops.
